How important is knowing what to say to whom, knowing when to say it, and knowing how to say it for maximum effect? It's called practical intelligence and it is a kind of intelligence separate from the analytical ability measured by an IQ test. General or analytical intelligence and practical intelligence are different, and the presence of one does not imply the presence of the other.
